Hello everyone.  My name is Erica and thank you for visiting my site.

I created this site as a guide on the usage and benefits of resistance bands along with a few resistance band exercises that I found to be pretty effective.

During my college years, I ended up tearing my ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) while playing soccer and had to undergo several sessions of physical therapy.  Needless to say, any future I had in soccer was gone.  It’s ok, however, not like I was good enough to go pro.

One thing that helped me recover were the exercise programs designed for me by my therapist.  It involved a series of exercises using resistance bands.

Since that time, I’ve tried to use other exercise tools but continued to revert back to resistance bands because I found them to be the best and most effective tools.
